What is a dental implant?

The dental implant is the solution of modern medicine for missing teeth and is a device that is fixed in the bone structure, taking over all the functions of the tooth root. What are the stages of dental implant?

Consultation stage:

we establish the treatment plan and how it will proceed

Implant insertion stage:

in most cases only local anesthesia is needed
insertion is assisted by LASER to sterilize the area
the implant can be left for 2 to 6 months to osseointegrate or a temporary crown can be applied immediately
after the intervention, LASER biostimulation sessions are performed to help with healing

Crown fixing stage:

after healing, the implant is uncovered using the LASER, avoiding traumatic incisions
the prosthetic abutment is attached to the implant, which connects the implant and the crown
the crown (ceramic, zirconium or E-MAX) is made using digital CAD-CAM technology, by cementing or screwing onto the abutment
